    Reign_wala is a collaboration from start to finish. We work hand-in-hand with our artisan partners in India to co-design every single reign_wala piece.

    In addition to standard wages, artisans share in 15% of profits from every piece sold. Profits are delivered in cash on a bi-annual basis.
